Reliable Steamboy T1 Review and Giveaway

When we bought our house three years ago, we ripped up old carpet, replaced flooring and painted in many areas of the house. The kitchen was an area that we didn't get to as far as replacing flooring. The tile is a color that always looks dirty and the grout is a dark color that also looks dirty.

With two small boys dropping cereal, crackers and banana slices all over the floor plus two dogs that love to track dirt through the house and "help" clean up snack time messes, it is usually far from clean. I vacuum it, sweep it, mop it and repeat and repeat and repeat. You get the idea? And, with the strong cleaners I use to get the grime up, there is always a film of stickiness that I have a hard time getting up.

For a good while now, I have been searching for an easier solution and one that is healthier for my family. In my search I came across the Reliable Steamboy™ T1 Steam Floor Mop from Reliable Corporation.

All of this sounded wonderful so when I was offered the chance to review one, I jumped on the opportunity. I wanted to see how it worked. Hubby was excited too. When the package came in, he took it out of the box, assembled it in a flash and started mopping away. That's pretty impressive! I think I need more items that will make hubby want to clean. He is a gadget guy after all. When I finally got my chance to try it out, I decided to do a video review for you so you can see it in action.

I also have used the Reliable Steamboy on our laminate flooring with wonderful results. I love that it doesn't leave spots or streaks like EVERY other method I have tried. It's amazing how clean water can get your floors with this wonderful steam cleaner. It also comes with a carpet glide for deodorizing and steaming carpets, which I think is a nice extra.

Since there is steam and it does get pretty hot, I suggest reading the directions carefully and not using it close to children or pets.
